Cold-rolled precision stainless steel round bars M6 internal threaded hole
Our cold-rolled precision stainless steel round bars are made from high-quality stainless steel materials (such as common grades like 304, 316, and 316L) through cold drawing followed by roll forming. The products have a smooth surface, precise dimensions, excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and good machinability. They are suitable for precision mechanical parts, shaft components, automotive parts, medical devices, food processing equipment, and other fields, making them an ideal choice for high-end manufacturing.

Roll forming is a non-cutting plastic forming method. A roll forming tool (roll forming head) uses high-hardness rollers to roll the metal surface, causing plastic flow and filling the valleys. This reduces the surface roughness (improving smoothness), and causes cold hardening and grain refinement of the surface structure, forming a dense fibrous structure and a residual stress layer, increasing hardness and strength, thereby improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and fatigue strength of the metal surface.

Main Features
- High-Precision Dimensional Control: Strict tolerances (e.g., H9 level), excellent roundness and straightness, ensuring precise assembly of parts.
- Superior Surface Quality: The cold rolling process results in a bright surface with low roughness (Ra 0.2-0.6 μm), eliminating the need for additional polishing.
- Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Containing elements such as chromium and nickel, it forms a dense oxide film that resists acids, alkalis, chlorides, and high-temperature oxidation.
- Enhanced Mechanical Properties: The cold rolling process improves tensile strength and hardness, increasing strength by more than 20% compared to hot-rolled products.
